Daniel Hong is an attorney that specializes in matters of immigration law, business law, and civil litigation. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hong was and still is a part of the U.S. Army National Guard in New York and Virginia. While there, Mr. Hong took part in the January 2021 Presidential Inauguration with the VA Army National Guard.

Mr. Hong has prior experience from Immigration Law Offices in Virginia handling immigration related matters from Asylums, Waivers, Cancellation of Removal and Immigrant/Nonimmigrant Visas. He has also practiced before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) for Removal Hearings and Master Calendar Hearings. During law school, Mr. Hong has interned for a non-profit organization, Liberty Counsel, where he researched the balance between Covid-19 regulations and Religious Liberty. He also interned at the Lynchburg Commonwealth Attorney’s Office and practiced before the Lynchburg General District Court with his Third Year Practice Certificate.

Mr. Hong graduated from CUNY Queens College with honors in Sociology. He also graduated from Liberty University School of Law where he was voted unanimously by the Faculty as Law Student of the Year, was a recipient of the Faculty Award and the Cali Award in Jurisprudence. He has also worked as a legal research assistant at Liberty University School of Law aiding in research and publications, most notably at The Federalist. He was born in Seoul, South Korea and lived in Queens, NY, for 23 years before moving to Pennsylvania.
