Craig C. Browne Jr. has experience in drafting and negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements, Contract Amendments, and Product and Service Agreements. Mr. Browne has also represented clients in criminal defense, employment discrimination, property disputes, personal injury, and workers compensation cases.
Before joining Cornerstone, he worked at the U.S. Patent Office in Virginia, analyzing whether claims set new legal precedents. Mr. Browne has also participated in long-term reviews in antitrust litigation, derivative actions, mergers & acquisitions, Department of Justice security inquiries, breach of contract, healthcare compliance, product liability, and more.
Mr. Browne received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law in New Jersey, where he participated in the Employment Law Journal, Labor Law Society, and received a Pro Bono Citation. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Lincoln University, where he played varsity baseball. Mr. Browne is an active member of his church and volunteers with the youth and legal ministries. He was born and raised in Philadelphia and is an avid fan of the Phillies, Sixers, Flyers, and Eagles. A father of four and husband to a local physician, Mr. Browne is committed to making the world a bit better—one problem at a time.
